Closed Issue: Fix transparency in ColorBase [1038]

ColorMono(false) should be White instead of Transparent
Comments: Resolved with changeset 27961: Fixed transparency issue in ColorBase.
Added Transparent property to MagickColor.
Added some extra tests for colors.
