Commented Feature: Create editor for MagickScript [982]

Add a clickonce application that can be used to edit MagickScript files. This wpf application should include atleast the following features:
* Color coded xml editor
* _Intellisense_ support in the xml editor
* Script execution

1. Start Viewer
2. Load File
3. Write Script
4. Test Script in Viewer
5. Rinse and Repeat
