Closed Issue: My transparent white icon is being turned transparent gray during PNG scaling. [1309]

Hi! I'm using Magick.NET-7.0.0.0007-Q16-AnyCPU-net40-client, and my transparent white icon is being turned gray for reasons I can't fathom. My code does nothing more than scale the read PNG image by 400%, then writes it out to the output file path. I tried setting the image AlphaColor property white, but it has no effect.

I currently have no workaround for this.
