Commented Issue: Fix reading specific page/layer [1008]

The filename _test.pdf[99]_ will throw an argument exception if the file test.pdf exists.

I understand it is not obvious but this is the way ImageMagick works internally. It is however a great idea to also a page parameters to the different constructors.
