Commented Issue: Since version 7.0 PathArcs have been broken [1362]

We have shape drawings in our projects. In paths composed of the lines and arcs, arcs are drawn incorrectly. In 6.x it works good, some kind of bug has been introduced in 7.x.
Comments: Is the problem gone when you don't use the PathArcAbs class?
