Commented Unassigned: AdaptiveBlur broken [1377]

In 7.0.0.0102 (and possibly 0101) AdaptiveBlur is not working. It returns the original image after processing. Looks similar to Swirl.
Comments: Have you tried to see if disabling OpenCL solves the issue?
